The school Principal Dr. Upasana Yadav, staff, students and parents had gathered in the School Assembly ground on the solemn occasion to commemorate the glory of freedom of our nation achieved 76 years ago, on 15th of August in 1947. The day was celebrated with utmost serenity and commitment because the Indian Independence Movement is studded with the contribution of the freedom fighters, and martyrs who laid their lives for freedom. We were here to pay tribute to them and take the pledge to emulate their selfless patriotism. The Chief guest for the day Brig. Ajay Duggal, Chairman, School Managing Committee, Commandant, ASC CENTRE (SOUTH) 2 ATC was welcomed by the NCC Group. We started the Programme with the prayer song

Co-curricular activities are undertaken along with academic studies. Typically, co-curricular activities are carried out outside the normal classrooms which supplement the academic curriculum and help in learning by doing. These activities help students to develop problem-solving, reasoning, critical thinking, creative thinking, communication, and collaborative abilities. We, at APS, ASC conduct Inter-House and Inter-Class Competitions through out the academic session to bring out the hidden talents of the students.
