With this vision in mind, our school embarked on a transformative journey by organizing a 7 day Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program, meticulously planned and executed by teachers, for teachers. This initiative was rooted in the belief that the most meaningful professional growth often stems from within the teaching community itself where shared experiences, collaborative learning, and peer mentoring flourish.
