In addition to the aptitude test, UPES offers personalized counselling sessions for students to further explore and understand their test results. UPES Aptitude Test
APS ASC C & C hosts programs where students from class IX to XII will get tested for their aptitude. The main purpose of this test is to evaluate aptitude, creative thinking and ability of the students. It is a standardised test administered by UPES (University of Petroleum and Energy Studies) which has multiple sections to evaluate various aspects of a student including problem solving skills, interests and personality. The overall report will carry the students profile with information that includes orientation style, aptitude, interest, emotional intelligence domains and top career matches. All this will help the students to navigate their career path in a clear and conceptual manner.

Career in Aviation
The aviation industry is a thriving field with a wide array of roles each playing a vital part in smooth operation of air travel. There are more than 20 different aviation industry jobs which require a certain set of skills, educational requirements which add value to the aviation industry. Some of the roles are Air traffic control jobs, Air traffic management specialist, Aircraft maintenance technician, Aviation safety inspector, Pilot, Ground service agent and many more. Dissemination of information about roles, set of key skills requirements, career opportunities, eligibility along with details of colleges for Aviation management is provided at school.
Career Fair
Keeping the tradition and need in mind, APS ASC organises Career Fairs annually. Children will get an opportunity to explore, understand and solve queries about their career choice right at their school. Latest and updated information will be provided to the students where external sources will also be participating to make it more holistic. Students will get more scope to broaden their understanding about industry trends, institutions with respect to their potential and interests. It will help students to work well in advance in accordance with the set of skills and qualifications for their career goals.
AWES Colleges Orientation
Army welfare education society is an organisation that provides education facilities for the children of Indian army personnel. Today there are 12 professional colleges under AWES including the Army College of Medical Science. These colleges provide quality education and training to the army children and help them achieve their goals. Army Public School ASC Centre and College recently organised an orientation program for the students of class 11th and 12th to apprise the students about these prestigious institutions. They were provided with all the required information with respect to the kind of degree/ diploma, duration of the course, intake per year, number of seats in the institutions, along with the details about the facilities available for their professional growth.
